From the supplier: The University of Southern California (USC) has developed a new computer system to support its decentralized management. Seven Prime Computer 995 systems, Ringnet networking software and Prime Information development software were acquired. USC programmers were able to develop a highly sophisticated, flexible software system with the Prime Information. The system was developed with considerable user input and as a result has been widely accepted, and its uniformity and ease of use has saved considerable time and money for USC.
